Weekly News Updates concerning Landmark HS



Dear Students and Families,


I hope everyone stayed cool and safe over the hot weekend. As we close out the year, we’re especially excited to celebrate the incredible Class of 2025 at graduation on Monday. The ceremony will take place at the High School of Fashion Industries. Graduates should arrive at 1:30 PM, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM. We can’t wait to mark this milestone together and honor all they’ve accomplished.

This week, students will also continue presenting their PBATs on Tuesday and Wednesday. Congratulations to all on the thought and effort you’ve put into these culminating projects.

Graduates can pick up their diplomas on Thursday morning. All other students can stop by to pick up report cards, or they will be mailed home.

Please note our new contact information for the summer, as the school building will be closed. Summer school begins on Thursday, July 10 for those who need it, and the first day of the 2025-26 school year is Thursday, September 4. 🎉 Introducing Our New Parent Teacher Association (PTA) Officers!

We’re excited to welcome our new Parent Teacher Association (PTA) President, Pascuala Leal, and Treasurer, Ana Pliego! We look forward to their leadership and continued partnership with our school community. 

We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to outgoing PTA President Karen Kemp for her tremendous service and dedication over the past year.

📚 Summer School Information

Summer school will run from July 10 to August 18 at the High School of Fashion Industries (225 W 24th St). The school day will run from 7:45 AM to 2:27 PM. Students will receive their programs and hopefully, their MetroCards when they arrive on the first day.

The English Regents exam will take place on Tuesday, August 19. Students should sign up with Tanell or Susanna to take the exam.
