My name is Anthony Gaton and before I got to Landmark H.S. I did’nt go out and look at different places in New York. I was missing out on a lot of things and fun places around the city. That’s when I started to think and say “that’s why New York has a lot of tourist atractions all around the year.” Some of my favorite trips we went to this year were Socrates Sculpture Park, The Natural History Museum, South Street Seaport, and my favorite one out of all of them- 5 Pointz. These trips taught me alot of things, for example South Street Seaport I got to learn how things were shipped into the state and shipped out to other countries. At 5 Pointz I got to see art and architecture on the walls around the building. These trips taught me alot of things about New York and its Landmarks. Now I know the things I was missing out on by not going all around the city looking for places to go. All of these trips where really interesting and I am glad that we went.
